Everyone I’ve ever shown this one to has had no idea what I was talking about! I had no idea it would be so difficult to find my meaning. Of course, I was a very silly boy when I wrote it… *grin*
Anyroad, I’ll give you a few hints and you can see if you can find how each line fits, okay? It’s about waking up and finding yourself on the path to Enlightenment, without actually trying to get there (not seeking something is often the best way to find it).
‘Where Is Eden?’
Exploding baskets of sapphire dust whistle in the darkness;
A stolen bag of groceries sits upon the shelf.
As I walk this lonely road to Moscow,
Angels touch my head and sigh.
Fabulous Reincarnating Ocean of Wonderment, fill me with your Magick!
I’m nearly dead and I still haven’t done anything.
Life is like a silly movie with no plot and very bad dialogue.
Hypocritical racist foolishness abounds;
Exhaustive monuments to sanity.
Where is Eden, and can we go there?
Flowing rivers of light run never-ending from my Heart of Hearts.
Beyond Love, Beyond Fear,
In Timeless Splendour we shall roam.
